Starting your membership with motivation4U is as easy as Nordic Walking at the beach in wonderful sunshine.

As a special member bonus, you can join in all the additional training sessions for free. Three times a week in the winter time and up to four times a week in the summer time at the Mount. Starting up Nordic Walking groups in Tauranga as well. Occasionally longer weekend walks will be organised.

You will receive a quarterly Nordic Walking newsletter. Stay up to date with Coming Events. Get advice on Footwear, Health, Training, Support and helpful tips from experienced Nordic Walkers.

Every member will receive a membership card and a motivation4U sun cap.
