Abdominal Crunch
Lie on the ball so the arch of your back is supported.
Raise your upper body by squeezing your abdominals and lifting your shoulders and upper back.
Repeat 10-15 times.
Lower Body Twist
Lie on your back with your legs resting on the ball.
Slowly roll the ball to one side, then roll back to the centre and then slowly roll to the other side.
Repeat 10 times.
